From October 20 to 22, 2026, the Saints Cyril and Methodius Institute for Postgraduate Studies (Doctoral School) in Moscow hosted professional development courses for heads of theological educational institutions.

The training was organized by the Educational Committee of the Russian Orthodox Church. The program focused on issues of administration and management in higher theological schools.

Ranif Kamilevich Vildanov, Deputy Director of the National Centre for Public Accreditation (NCPA), was invited as a guest expert and presented a report titled "Official Website of a Theological Educational Institution: Structure, Requirements, Mandatory Information." His presentation addressed the creation and maintenance of educational organizations' web resources in accordance with Russian legislation in the field of education.
