On June 2 – 5, 2026, Kazan Innovative University named after V.G.Timiryasov along with its Naberezhnye Chelny and Nizhnekamsk branches and the University college underwent an international external review of its educational programs.
The External Review Panel comprised both international and Russian experts, as well as representatives from professional communities and the student body. During the four-day visit, the Panel held meetings with the administration of the university, its branches and the college, heads of departments responsible for program implementation, faculty members, students, alumni, and employers in the following fields of study:
- Economy,
- Management,
- State and Municipal Management,
- Business Informatics,
- Economics and Accounting (by industry),
- Operational Activities in Logistics,
- Finance,
- Trade Business.
Based on the findings of the external review, a report with areas for improvement is to be prepared. The decision on international accreditation of the educational programs will be made by the National Accreditation Board during one of its bi-annual sessions.
